North Carolina
- Achieved not guilty verdict for client accused of driving while impaired.
- Achieved not guilty verdict for client falsely accused of child abuse.
- Successfully defended a client charged with drug trafficking, resulting in a complete dismissal of all charges.
Federal
- Negotiated a plea agreement for a client facing multiple counts of wire fraud, and money laundering international, significantly reducing potential penalties and securing a favorable outcome.
- Client was facing a mandatory minimum 10 years incarceration after being charged with Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute and Money Laundering. Was able to prove safety valve exception applied and client was ultimately sentenced to one year and one day incarceration. Client ended up serving less than one year in prison.
