Ashley Rogers
North Carolina Certified Paralegal

Ashley Rogers joined the Burts Law team in 2019 as a Legal Assistant and has worked her way up and is now a *North Carolina Certified Paralegal. She graduated from Western Piedmont Community College in 2021 with an Associates Degree in Paralegal Technologies and was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
Ashley was born in Poughkeepsie, New York and after moving around a bit, she decided to settle down in North Carolina in 2012. Having worked in different customer service roles, Ashley understands the importance of ensuring clients feel heard and understood. She loves meeting new people and assisting our clients navigate through various legal procedures while providing explanations when necessary.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Shane, traveling, and going for long drives at night.

*North Carolina Certified Paralegals (NCCPs) must meet education requirements as mandated by the North Carolina State Bar and must pass a certification exam administered by the State Bar. All NCCPs must complete six hours of Continuing Paralegal Education annually.
